GIES MEDIA CENTER
The media center is open from 7:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m. each day. Students may check out books, do research, use resources, or take AR tests during this time.
Students in grades K-1 may check out 1 book at a time.
Students in grades 2-5 may check out 2 books at a time.
The loan period for students is two weeks. A book must be brought back to the media center to renew it.
During the school day, students must have their ID card to check out a book.
Students are expected to pay for lost or damaged books. Our school does not charge late fees.
Students who have a history of lost books will only be allowed to check out from our paperback collection until the book is returned or bills are paid.
