Students in the middle years program are engaged in skills to help shape their future through a program of study that develops knowledge, understanding, attitudes and skills necessary to actively participate in the changing world. The IB Academy will offer three foreign language choices for students: Spanish, French, and Mandarin (Chinese).

The curriculum contains eight subject groups (Language A, Language B, Humanities, Technology, Mathematics, Arts Education, Sciences and Physical Education) together with a core of five areas of interaction (Approaches to Learning, Community and Service, Homo Faber, Environment, and Health and Social).
